Pork With Spiced Sweet Potatoes And Cherry Chutney

- 1 1/2 cups diced organic sweet potato
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup frozen organic unsweetened tart cherries
- 1 tsp local honey
- 1 tsp Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
- Preheat your broiler.
- Place a 3-ounce boneless pork chop on a baking sheet lined with foil
- Broil for 12 minutes.
- While broiling, heat 2 tsp extra-virgin first cold pressed olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté sweet potato, cinnamon, chili powder, and a dash of salt for 8 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat cherries, honey, apple cider vinegar, and ginger for 4 minutes.
- Top pork chop with sauce and serve with sweet potatoes.
